"Checkout Was Frustrating"
I tried to place my order, but the checkout kept crashing on me. I get that glitches happen, but it was annoying to deal with. Hopefully it gets fixed soon

"Okay service, but replies took a while"
I had to follow up twice about my order before I got a proper update. They did sort it out in the end, so I can’t say it was bad, but the replies were slow. Maybe they were busy or short-staffed, I’m not sure, but it felt like I had to push a bit to get things moving.

"Really happy with the quality"
I bought a jacket from Harrolds recently, and I’ve got to say, I’m genuinely impressed. The fabric has that nice heavier feel without being stiff, and the stitching looks clean and well done.
I’ve worn it a handful of times now, and it still looks basically new. No loose threads, no fading, and it just feels like it’s holding up really well.
It’s definitely not the cheapest jacket, but i get the price now. It feels like one of those pieces I’ll keep wearing for years, so I’m really happy with the purchase.

"Delivery was fine, just slower than I remembered expecting"
I ordered from Harrolds and, from what I remember, the item showed up in good condition with no problems at all with the product itself.
The delivery just felt slower than I thought it would be, and I remember the tracking not really updating much, which made it a bit frustrating because I kept checking on it myself.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest one. I’d probably order again, but based on this time, I wouldn’t count on it arriving quickly.

"Easy return and refund came through fast"
I had to send back a jacket because the sizing wasn’t right, that was probably on me for not checking the fit details more carefully. The return process was really straightforward though, and I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone, which I appreciated.
The refund came through faster than I expected too. No drama, no confusing steps, just a simple return and refund experience. I’d be happy to shop with Harrolds again
